Return and exchange policies
1. The customer must request the exchange, return or refund through our customer service email firstname.lastname@example.org or our whatsapp number 301 214 67 66 in a time no longer than 30 days after the date of purchase for the case of changes and 120 days after the date of purchase for the case of warranty returns. Otherwise the exchange or return will be rejected.
2. For exchanges of products purchased in promotional campaigns, the process is governed by the terms and conditions of such campaign.
3. Promotional or discounted accessories are not available for exchange due to taste (i.e. size, color or reference), only for warranty.
4. In the case of exchanges for taste (i.e. size, color or reference), the customer must assume the shipping cost associated with the return of the product(s).
5. In the case of exchanges for taste (i.e. size, color or reference), once we have received the returned product, we will contact you to assign a voucher for the value of your purchase or proceed to disbursement, the latter may take up to 30 working days.
6. The returned product must not have been used, washed or damaged. It must retain the original tags and must be returned in the original packaging.
7. Requests for exchange and / or return or refund for purchases made on the website only apply to this medium and must be processed by this means.
