WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns in the following circumstances, excluding personalized items:
I received my order in bad condition
I have the wrong size and I would like to resize
The product is not what I expected and I would like to exchange it for another or return it
In all cases, all products returned for an exchange or return must be in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use, otherwise we will not be able to make any changes. It is your responsibility to provide the correct packaging to ensure that all items arrive at our facility in perfect condition.
You have 30 days from the day of delivery of your order to proceed with any exchange or return.
WHICH PRODUCTS HAVE NO CHANGE?
The accessories that are in discounts or in our activations such as Cyber discounts, Black Friday, Hot Sale and promotions of the brand.

Yes, as long as the store is independent and is not within the Falabella and Éxito facilities, as they have different return policies than ours.
